About Us
广东省科技合作研究促进中心，原名广东省对外科技交流中心，成立于1978年，是广东省科技厅直属的，从事国际科技交流合作、引智与人才服务的专业机构。
Established in 1978, Guangdong Science & Technology Cooperation Center (STC, previously named Guangdong Science & Technology Exchange Center) is an affiliated institution of the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province.
广东省科技合作研究促进中心立足于促进广东科技进步与经济社会发展的使命，推动广东与世界各国、各地区之间的科技、经济、人才交流与合作；
As a professional organization specialized in international science and technology (S&T) exchanges and cooperation, talents introduction and services, STC adheres to the mission of promoting the S&T progress, as well as the economic and social advancement of Guangdong province, and pushing the friendly exchanges and cooperation in regard to S&T, economy and talents between Guangdong and other countries and regions.
协助组织实施政府间科技合作，积极推动区域科技交流，规范开展引才引智与人才服务；
STC also devotes to assisting in the organizaiton and implementaiton ofinter-governmental S&T cooperation, actively impelling regional S&T exchange, and conducting the talents introduction and services activities according to corresponding policies.
充分发挥专业高效的科技创新服务中介功能，培育了一系列国际会展品牌；
By virtue of its professional and effective intermediary services for S&T innovation, STC has successfully cultivated a series of international conference and exhibition brands.
作为沟通科技创新管理部门与科技创新主体的桥梁纽带，形成了具有国际化视角和自身特色的政府服务与社会公益服务并重的核心业务体系。
Now serving as a bridge between the administrative department and the main body of S&T innovation, STC has established a distinctive and internationalized core business system attaching equal importance to governmental service and social service.

Taking full advantages of the existed international resources and cooperation channels, STC is committed to promoting the S&T exchanges and cooperation and international technology transfer, condensing international S&T resources, serving the aim of innovative development, and providing professional services facilitating international S&T cooperation to strengthen the construction of Guangdong province in S&T.
